I have set this type of thing up in Call Tracking Metrics and it is really close to working perfectly. They have a few bugs to fix but it is a game changer. If this could happen in GHL, that would be amazing. You need the ability to have speech recognition but based on prompts not just 1 word or a phrase. Also you need the ability for voice menus to have certain seconds to run, wait time for an answer and also a delay when the answer triggers or something along those times.
