Dynamic Number Swapping Support for VANITY Numbers Containing Letters

Clients can be very stubborn in regards to having a vanity number that contains letters for example: 1-800-LAWYERS
Please add support so Number Pools can swap targets that contain LETTERS!

If you have the vanity number linked as a click to call button then it should still swap out the number dialed in your website code.
