Disable Call Recording for Outbound Calls

Update the phone system settings with the ability to disable call recording for all outbound calls while keeping inbound call recordings unaffected.

I use a separate system at one of my locations that records inbound calls only. I am trying to replicate it through GHL with another location, but there are too many hangups with outbound call recording message. It would be great to have inbound only recording in GHL.

Yes we need this High Level! I have had to turn off call recording for several clients as they were just getting hangups when calling leads back. We would like to record inbound only,

one of the silly things that gets implemented because of MVP development. forces engineers to release stuff they know is terrible, because they just need to get it out the door!

We're getting a lot of immediate hang ups due to this issue. For an outbound call it's better for our team to be able to say an introduction and then explain the call is recorded before diving into it. We had much higher success when that was the process
