When making calls to customers, It is required for us to have another person join in the call to get the deal forward. Typical use case is that our sales staff calls the leads and sometimes if the discussion gets little more technical we want to be able to add more employees (usually just one more) in the same call. it seems GoHighLevel doesn't support this feature right now and we are having to use a different telephony solution just for this feature and we are losing valuable information due to manually mapping call data with customers sourcing from the other app. The new feature should allow the ability to add one more person in the SAME call without transferring it.

I see 4 requests for this feature... and while we have the option on Outbound Calls through the GHL app... we do not have any options to add a second call in conference, or to transfer a call, on an Inbound phone call. Should be simple enough to add to the inbound calls.

this feature would be extremely useful in training situations where teams could shadow an outgoing sales call for training

We need this too! Conference call that you are allowing other person to join the call conversation. Please.
