I would like to see the ability to send an email notification from GHL when a lead calls a Twilio #. I would also like to be able to record a "whisper" message that plays on the customers phone when a lead calls in.."This is a new lead from dominate media".
These feature would allow me to get rid of callrail/callfire and keep everything in one dashboard.

HOW has this not happened yet?? I refuse to transfer all my numbers from CallRail into GHL because CallRail has so many more features! We need this integration YESTERDAY!

I have some clients that use callrail so would be great to be able to report on callmetrics within GHL instead of still sending the client to callrail.

I agree.... we need more control over call conversions and CallRail provides that. For example call durations and IVR selections. With GHL you cant connect IVR to a number pool so you lose tracking and you cant trigger a workflow event based on call duration. This is pretty standard stuff for people that are using paid ads to generate inbound call leads.
