I agree.... we need more control over call conversions and CallRail provides that. For example call durations and IVR selections. With GHL you cant connect IVR to a number pool so you lose tracking and you cant trigger a workflow event based on call duration. This is pretty standard stuff for people that are using paid ads to generate inbound call leads.

I concur. GHL Number pools break at random with phony "busy" signal when pointed to GHL single number. This is unacceptable with no support and breaks a lot of tracking.

Yes please. The inbound webhook in GHL is nice for Callrail, but we need a solution for outbound calls.
