Call tracking Number Pool LC numbers - Better search for numbers when adding 4 numbers to number pool.

In Twilio we used to find and buy 4 similar numbers, then add these to the number pool in GHL. This is not possible in the LC sytem, And the search feature is very limited.

I got this fixed as a bug report :)

The number pool will not allow international numbers. This is an issue for non-US customers
