We've been doing this for three years now. It's very easy to do.
You receive the recording url immediately after the call is dispositioned, and it's posted in the notes or you can send it wherever you like.

I am in the process of building a custom solution like this for a client, but I am now considering making the solution generic enough to become a Marketplace app.
The app could do the following:
- Listen to inbound/outbound calls that complete
- Collect and save the call recording & Transcription (if available)
- Make the recording accessible to workflow automations
I am trying to gauge if this solution is worth $5 a month as a Marketplace App? (to justify building and maintain this system)

It would be really cool to have this. I can see that this could be hard to do in a technical sense... I wonder if they couldn't have some zapier integration make it work?

Have an ability to summarize transcribe and analyze calls will be huge. Even if we can just access the recording through automations , we can use make dot com or xavier to do our own call transcriptions and summaries. I have my own process and automations set up and make that com right now. But I don't know how to access the call recordings without manually downloading them
