Christopher Marrano Works for me! Here's my flow if it helps. If you can't send it to the n8n directly you can send it through a webhook and have n8n catch it as a trigger if it offers that.

James Yacoubian thank you for sending this over. Yeah, I"m using a webhook to receive the webhook info from GHL, but it's not sending the recording URL or message attachment

Christopher Marrano Here's my analysis hope it helps! The calls need to be recorded for it to work. From your screenshot it looks like no data is being sent through correctly so it looks like it doesn't have to do with the recordingUrl or message attachments and more to do with your field mapping and HighLevel workflow trigger. Make sure the trigger status is call completed and that you can map fields from the Phone Call section containing all of the phone related fields. If you don't see phone call as a field section that means none of the fields will send through the webhook.

It has a trigger that gives you the call recording URL along with the transcript, duration, direction, etc.

Yeah this is definitely needed. It’s apparently not quick to do with API either - apparently takes a few steps.

2025 will be year of AI, we absolutely need this! Transcription of call would allow us to make summary using GPT. Every sales person doesnt is absolutely ignorant about making notes from calls and meetings. This feature alone is a selling point for so many customers.
