api to support call tracking details

We would like to pull call tracking data via the api so that we could evaluate and report using our custom system.

Within Reporting -> Call Reporting give us an api to get Call details. For instance we want to be able to get the following metrics broken down by location and possibly within a time box [start date -> end date]
-Totals Calls
-Total Missed Calls
-Total Answered Calls
-Total SMS
We are an Agency of 400+ locations and we see a pattern of our clients not answering phones for the leads we are providing. This metric leads to unsuccessful partners and if we can pull it down from the api we can get agency level metrics as well as quickly find clients who need support for Business Development and we can upsell them services for answering phones.

Keith Fimreite I am familiar with the call reporting feature. How are you pulling the data in from the API? I have searched through the ghl api docs but have found nothing

Reagan Ahlquist - We cannot do any detailed reporting at this time. We can get some conversation but not call details through the API.
