Currently, GoHighLevel only allows call forwarding to one number per tracking or business line. It would be extremely useful to have the ability to forward incoming calls to multiple numbers — either simultaneously or in a round robin manner.
For example, if I’m running Google Ads and getting multiple inbound calls, I may not be able to answer all of them myself. With multi-number forwarding, those calls could be distributed to my team members to share the workload and ensure no leads are missed.
This feature would significantly improve lead handling, response time, and customer experience — especially for agencies and businesses managing high call volumes.
