Right now we can only DOWNLOAD the CSV file for each TYPE of stats (, but then have to reupload it (add a tag) then save as a smartlist i.e. in "Bulk SMS" there is "Total Attempted", "Sent", "Skipped", when you CLICK on "Sent" it gives you another window for "Attempted", "Delivered", "Clicked", "Failed" - there's a nice feature to be able to filter contacts for each stat type and download as a CSV file BUT it would SAVE MORE TIME if we could also have the ability (like a button) to create a SMARTLIST for each of those stat types (it would use a tag).

USE CASE: We usually retarget contacts that either "Clicked" or "Failed" in different ways. For instance, calling contacts under "Clicked", and/or even calling contacts under "Failed" or sending them an email to try and get a better ph#.
