We need the ability to bulk import multiple Custom Values using a CSV file.

Use Case: When onboarding a new client or setting up a new sub-account template, we often have to create dozens (sometimes 50+) of custom values for tracking codes, affiliate links, branding information, and other standard data.

Currently, we must add every single custom value manually, one by one. This process is extremely time-consuming and prone to human error.

Proposed Solution: Please add an "Import" button on the Settings > Custom Values page. This would allow us to upload a CSV file with columns like:

Name

Key

Value

This would allow us to set up an entire sub-account's custom values in seconds.

Bonus Feature: It would also be ideal if this import function could update existing custom values (by matching the Key) in addition to adding new ones. This would make migrating clients or updating standard values across accounts much more efficient.

They are working on a bulk import of custom objects. Maybe it would be a good time to consider this as well Pallavi Kothari?

Bulk Import Custom Value is very helpful

I have a client that has many folders of custom values, and the value within them needs to change on a quarterly basis. They currently have to go and manually update them, copy/pasting from a spreadsheet they use - however an import as csv would save so much time and eliminate errors. This way we could also hope that a blank custom value could be used.

I need this because all my clients custom values vary from client to client so loading a snapshot isnt really an option for me
