Currently, only Admin-level users can perform bulk CSV imports of contacts/opportunities. The "Restrict data visibility to only assigned data" setting blocks bulk import for Account-User roles even when bulk action permissions (View & manage bulk action) are enabled. This means agency owners must either grant full Admin access (exposing all leads/contacts account-wide) or have agents add leads one at a time. Please add a scoped permission that allows bulk CSV import while keeping a user's data visibility restricted to only their own assigned records.
