It would be great if workflows will have a pause option/capability. This way we will have the ability to pause a specific contact in a certain step of a workflow and just easily turn it back on when needed.

This capability is much needed. We would like to pause workflows for certain contacts when the contact owner is OOO, and to unpause when the user returns to work and outreach can be picked up where it left off.

We need the ability to pause a contact within a workflow.
This should be something we can manually do from the Contact screen
As well as an action within an automation we can use to pause a specific (or all) workflows
As well as obviously an unpause option too.
Not only that we need workflow triggers.
to trigger new workflows when
- a contact is paused on a workflow
- a contact is unpaused on a workflow
with filters to specify which workflow or have it be all workflows

It would be extremely useful to have "task completed" as a wait action in a workflow. This would allow us to wait until a user completes a task in order to proceed to next step of the workflow.

Need to wait until a task is completed before the next step in the workflow. Very important with salespeople doing multi-email sequences. Need time to do calls and research.

This would really be great!! Right now I am in a situation where my customer is not responding to an automation where they have moved 4 steps down and they have not taken a single action. If I remove them from the workflow they will get all 4 step down notifications, emails, sms and process when I re-enroll them. I wish there was a way to pause them here and coach them why it is imporitant and re-start once they complete the missed steps.
