Workflows at the Agency level

It would be amazing to be able to create workflows at the agency level that could trigger from events or conditions at the location level, like sending a message when a location has not sent a review request in awhile, or when we are publishing a new workflow to an account but the account owner has not yet populated some required custom values.
Alternatively, if we could identify which location is the agency location, and then build workflows in there that would be able to evaluate conditions pulled from other accounts.
This would allow us to automate our customer service strategies, without constantly having to do it all in make.com or zapier.

Use Cases:
1.) When a client purchases multiple subaccount that are connected to different SaaS Plan.
We want to notify them when their trial end nears specific to the location id.
2.) Transferring from one SaaS Plan to another
If this cannot be done in Agency Automation, at least we would like to notify specific team members via internal notification.
3.) Subaccount plan status
We have multiple custom fields specific for the account status.
4.) Wallet credit reload failed.
I do not know if clients are notified (agency admins do) when this fails so if not we want to automate notifying the clients about this

If we can have appointments notification Agency wide, this help the agencies who sells the appointments to clients as a service.

Would be great if we could see user activity (i.e. user logins) at an agency level, so we can see which locations are using their accounts (and which are not).
Finding locations whose users are not logging in & reaching out could reduce churn.

Hi everyone, thanks for sharing the use cases here. It will be great if other users can also share their use cases, it will help us a lot to assess the feature request.

Prasoon Dadhich having automations that can update multiple locations based on things we want to roll out for each of them, or alerts for things like users not logging in for a while, high bounce rates so we can fire off some emails and training, collect usage data so we know how much usage is happening for reporting, etc.

Prasoon Dadhich Since GHL is a software for agencies, it would make sense to create automations based on their main service. For example, running online marketing campaigns for clients on Google, Meta, etc. In Europe, due to data protection regulations and cookies, only about 40 to 50% of all events (leads, purchases, etc.) are recorded by the advertising platform. Since some agencies, like us for example, place advertisements on a commission basis, it would be good if we could be notified, collect the data or send automated invoices.
We have currently created the automations directly in the customer account. Because of this, however, the customer also has the option to change or delete these automations at any time (accidentally or deliberately).

Prasoon Dadhich I would like to send my users some emails if they cancel their SAAS subscription (to try to get them back). Or if they sign up for the first time, so that I can onboard them. I would also like to create a webhook so that I can cancel some other things.

Great idea! Maybe they could add a way to allow us to handle newly created users permissions automatically. We recently had to do that on an agency level, we needed a way to create users with no permissions enabled whatsoever, or create them with permissions we want, but not doing it manually, because the work load gets huge.

Great idea. This could also help us to setup workflows for automated app installation to sub-account based on specific conditions. Or an Agency level workflow that has an Inbound Webhook which can then sort our data push/post to sub-accounts based on specific conditions.
