Workflows at the Agency level
R
Russ Webb
It would be amazing to be able to create workflows at the agency level that could trigger from events or conditions at the location level, like sending a message when a location has not sent a review request in awhile, or when we are publishing a new workflow to an account but the account owner has not yet populated some required custom values.
Alternatively, if we could identify which location is the agency location, and then build workflows in there that would be able to evaluate conditions pulled from other accounts.
This would allow us to automate our customer service strategies, without constantly having to do it all in make.com or zapier.

Agency level Workflow Builder
Thibault Weber
Pretty big new feature request, but having a workflow builder at the agency level that can connect with the agency sub account would be very helpful for managing subscriptions and account access.

Any movement on this? Seems like a no-brainer feature.

It would be wonderful to create workflows from the agency perspective. For example, when a new sub-account is created and then manually linked to Facebook or Google, the workflow could automatically load Facebook ads templates into the Ad Manager.

I would like to have workflow triggers and actions in our agency sub-account. Let us set a sub-account as Agency sub-account with agency triggers and actions, instead of having a Workflow builder in the agency account.

USE CASE:
Automatically create a new sub-account when a new customer is created in Stripe (using premium trigger for stripe).
Right now in order to do this you need to use Zapier or Make, which seems crazy that you have to use 3rd party automation tools when GoHighLevel has Automations inside of it.

Joel Jbonghl There are marketplace apps that allow you to create sub-accounts in workflows

Simon Heit I realized after posting this that GHL already has the capability via the SaaS Configurator - it is availble on the $497 price tier.

Notification when user cancels their SAAS plan

Would love to be able to get a notification if a user cancels their Saas subscription from their account billing. Also, possibly be able to add messaging or a survey before they cancel.
Would be 10x better if that could be added as a trigger to use in Workflows & triggers. (Could send NPS surveys or give coupon code or something to resign up).

SaaS SUBSCRIPTION TRIGGER for Cancellations, Upgrades, etc

New to the SaaS world, and I could really use a trigger that could be activated when a user requests a change in subscription to their SaaS account.
Cancellation,
Upgrade
Downgrade
Pause
This would all me to serve my users at a much higher level and give better customer service.

to see this still not implemented is truly mindboggling to me. THIS IS BASIC feature of any SaaS platform. I mean we literally use the platform to create nurturing campaigns... and if someone is about to cancel... or upgrades... we need to trigger ACTION of some sort. So the very platform built for email sequencing, and SaaS work - doesnt do the most basic thing?????

Use Cases:
1.) When a client purchases multiple subaccount that are connected to different SaaS Plan.
We want to notify them when their trial end nears specific to the location id.
2.) Transferring from one SaaS Plan to another
If this cannot be done in Agency Automation, at least we would like to notify specific team members via internal notification.
3.) Subaccount plan status
We have multiple custom fields specific for the account status.
4.) Wallet credit reload failed.
I do not know if clients are notified (agency admins do) when this fails so if not we want to automate notifying the clients about this
