Workflow stats for triggers show all events, whether related to that particular workflow or not, in every single workflow with a matching trigger type and logs it as "unmatched" on every single one of those workflows except the workflow the contact is actually supposed to trigger into. From an agency standpoint, this causes mass confusion for subaccount owners as the way it's currently displayed eludes to there being an issue that needs to be resolved.
Suggested Improvements:
  • Only show stats for contacts that match criteria for the given workflow trigger
– Allow a setting to choose which view we want (account wide stats vs this workflow stats)
– Add simple definitions to automations > stats > details so users can easily understand what each category means
– Do away with this feature altogether
The only thing I need to see in regards to my triggers are whether or not there are any errors affecting performance.
