Workflow step for checking call status

Similar to email event or contact reply, this would check the status of a manual call or call to determine if the call was answered, voicemail left, busy tone, or no answer.
Currently, the workaround is to put them in a new workflow and use the trigger to check the call status. HOWEVER, it would be nice if this can be done in one workflow.

' Call Status - Voicemail ' should detect once a voicemail is LEFT, not once the voicemail recording begins playing...
