[Workflow] Copy/clone Workflow steps

When planning campaigns that have many steps, it would be very helpful to have the ability to copy/clone steps i.e. assign contact, add tag, update opportunity, if/else etc.

Whenever I insert an If/Else action above a previously existing action, all actions end up under the "Yes" leg. There are times where I'd like the ability to then move that entire leg over to beneath the "No" leg.There are also many times where I would like to be able to duplicate one or multiple actions. So using the Move request from above, we could click the topmost position , drag it and all of it's child actions over and then drop where we'd like them to be ... and once we release the mouse at the new location, simply give us the option to either copy or move.Finally, a "Go To" capability like Active Campaign. This helps is reducing the amount of "copied" or duplicate action legs.

Yes! Definitely need to be able to duplicate and drag drop. I accidentally create something in the wrong spot sometimes and have to delete it and start over, or need the exact same item multiple times in the workflow and find myself having to start from scratch each time.

I'm a former ActiveCampaign user, and I very much miss these features -- they make workflow management MUCH easier! Not sure exactly what was meant by the "Go To", but I'll clarify from my perspective -- the ability to Go To another workflow action step. I think that may be what Brian meant.
