In Make and Zapier, you can copy steps from one workflow to another and this would be amazing to have HighLevel as well. Zapier is good to grey out the missing stuff that needs to be reconfigured etc. That would also be good to think through.

not just copy and paste, how about worflow step templates. boom have a custom step you use a lot. save that sucker, like univeral sections in the website builder. make it available in all agency sub-accounts or only the ones you choose. just like the new my own templates for website builder/email builder/forms/survey/social planner, etc...

Yes, I am often combining workflows and I currently have to recreate them instead of just copying steps
