Add a new Workflow action in HighLevel that can automatically generate and attach/send a “Prospecting Report” based on selected data sources (e.g., recent activities, funnel metrics, contact engagement, pipeline status). Key capabilities:
Triggerable via workflows (e.g., tag added, stage changed, form submitted)
Configurable report template (sections, KPIs, date range)
Output options: PDF/CSV/HTML
Delivery options: email to contact/owner, attach to opportunity, upload to media library
Tokens/merge fields for personalization
Logging of report generation in contact/opportunity timeline
API support for external triggers
This will let users automate prospecting insights at scale without manual steps, improving efficiency and follow-up quality.
