This would be very helpful in all Latin America, we do not use SMS we only use Whatsapp; so selling GHL would have greater value for the clients in this side of the equator.

Just to make sure we are requesting the same feature here. Currently GHL supports The WhatsApp Business Platform which is a pian in the neck to use pre-approved templates by Meta.

What we need is to have is the WhatsApp Business app (not Business Platform) which also serves for individuals and allows us to use exactly the way we use SMS.

That would be game changer to sell GHL in Brazil. Every one here uses Whatsapp for everything. We don't chat using SMS.

GHL, let's think logically prior to releases that involve monetary transactions. How much time/money on resources have you spent on support requests asking you to cancel these WhatsApp subscriptions manually? Cancellations should have been automatic prior to its release since it involves rebilling. Add a cancel button. Cancels In stripe and ends the billing cycle for our WALLETS and CLIENT BILLING.
