I’d like to submit an idea that could significantly improve both the user experience and GHL’s efficiency.

Proposal:

Enable workflows to be exported as a JSON file.

Why this matters:

Once in JSON format, users could deploy their workflow into an AI system to:

Simulate how it runs

Test edge cases

Optimize layout and design

Key Benefits to GHL:

1- Reduced support tickets – Many tickets stem from small workflow mistakes that AI simulation could catch before they reach support.

2- User education – AI analysis can help users learn better workflow structures and design patterns, improving their long-term success with GHL.

3- Revenue opportunities – AI-driven suggestions could highlight new actions or triggers (including premium ones), encouraging users to expand their usage.

4- Lower server strain – Optimized workflows reduce redundant or unnecessary actions. For example, instead of multiple repetitive IF/ELSE conditions, an AI could restructure logic more efficiently, cutting down execution loads. This could translate to significantly less backend processing overhead. And many more benefits

For reference, this would be similar to how Make.com allows users to export scenario blueprints.

I believe this feature could position GHL as both more powerful and more user-friendly, while also creating opportunities for long-term growth.
