We already have a trigger for "Customer Replied" but we need one get a "signal" business owner replies to the chat.

This feature would be extremely valuable for monitoring sales rep metrics and to see for example if the customer was responded to within a set amount of time eg 24hours. This would allow escalation of help and improve the overall customer communication experience.

You can already do this in a workflow. You can use the same workflow for reply to sms and reply to email. Use a condition to customer replied, reply contains and the you can set conditions on what the reply is or contains.
