The system can already detect rescheduled appointments with the If/Else, but for follow-ups for appointment reviews for when an appointment has been rescheduled is essential for consistency with the workflow. We need this trigger implemented ASAP. My clients need this.

If possible, it would be ideal to tie into this enhancement the ability to redirect to a different confirmation page URL when rescheduling an appointment (vs first time scheduling).

Prasoon Dadhich, HighLevel Support, Reshma K when is this feature coming? Adding a trigger for reschedules can't be that complicated. It has been marked as planned since last summer.
This seems pretty fundamental.
Do you in the meantime have a recommended workaround to enable automation when reschedules occur? (e.g. remove and re-add someone to a workflow that sends appointment reminders)

This is so important. As, unless you have an automation that is baked in when the original appt is booked, there is no way to send out a reschedule link.
If the client pays for the calendar booking - sending them to the calendar again doesn't work. It needs to be a reschedule link!
