Trigger Action - "Contact Type" Changed

It would be great if we could Trigger a Workflow Automation when the "Contact Type" input is changed on the Contact.
There is a "Contact Changed" Trigger but it only runs for changes in Tags, Assigned user, DND, and Custom fields. Given that the Trigger already exists we really just need the input added to it.

It is insane to me that this isnt already a feature. We trigger automations based on the stage of the contact and this is the only contact field that shows up at contact creation so seems like the obvious trigger for adding people to relevant automations.

YES PLEASE. at the moment Contact Type is unusable because it cannot use it as a trigger.

It would be nice if there was a workflow trigger for Contact Type. Specifically when I change it from Lead to Customer I would like to use it to trigger a Welcome New Client workflow. I realize I could trigger it by adding a tag and removing it after it runs but it would be so much simpler if it was a trigger. 😊
