Track Usage of Tags, Trigger Links, Custom Values, and Custom Fields

As agencies build out more complex workflows and systems in GoHighLevel, it’s easy for accounts to become cluttered with unused tags, trigger links, custom values, and custom fields. Over time, this makes it hard to know what’s safe to delete without breaking something.
Request:
We need a way to track whether a tag, trigger link, custom value, or custom field is currently in use—and where it’s being used (e.g., in a specific workflow, email, form, trigger, or funnel). If something isn’t being used anywhere, we should be able to see that clearly and confidently delete it.
Why this matters:
• Helps keep sub-accounts clean and efficient
• Prevents accidental breakage of automations
• Saves hours of manual cross-checking
• Essential for agencies managing multiple client accounts over time
This kind of visibility would massively improve account maintenance, especially for long-time users with deep builds across multiple systems.

Absolutely--we would use this in some of our conversion rate reports as well

I'd like to more easily manage custom fields, etc. anyway. Currently it's pretty clunky to use it and takes way longer than it should

This is essential. When I used Ontraport they introduced this as "Systems" and it was fantastic.
