One of the best aspects of Social Planner is not having to tinker with Google & Meta OAuth. A few workflow actions that could be of help:
  1. Ability to post automatically to Google Business Profiles (GBP), Meta, etc. For example, when a home service technician completes a job, they submit pictures and a brief summary in a form. The form submission triggers a workflow, and the images submitted get automatically posted on their GBP with an SEO-optimized summary using ChatGPT. Refer to the last image below. It helps with Google Maps SEO.
  2. Ability to retrieve reviews from GBP and "customize" review posts before posting to social media. The first image below was all manual and clearly stands out from the generic review post.
  3. Ability to have employees of a business submit videos and automatically transcribe caption text over video & any other company-specific information. Software like Cloudinary can programmatically do all of this. Refer to last picture below.
