When looking at stats for messages. There is a "click" rate for emails. Can we get a "response rate" for sms?

How isn't this a default feature? How the f-train are you meant to measure the effectiveness of SMS, even at the most basic level, without combing through thousands of messages individually? This is functionality that I would expect for SMS to even be considered viable.
