I'm sharing a problem that is experienced by all your users using GHL and Shopify in more than one language. Mainly English and one other language (French, Spanish,...)
The main problem is when we have an abandoned cart. When using your email "abandoned cart" module, we need to have access to :
  • the product name in the language of the customer
  • the image of the product with its variant according to the language of the customer
  • the price of the item in the customer's currency.

For the moment we can do this with Klavio. This is a problem for all markets in the world. Even in the US for markets with more than one language (Spanish).
