When a contact selects one T&C checkbox but not the other, there’s no way to properly separate those consents in workflows.
For A2P compliance, we have two opt-ins: non-marketing (conversational) SMS and marketing SMS, and neither can be required on the form.
The issue is that if someone opts into non-marketing texts but does not opt into marketing, my current workflow setup forces me to mark them as DND for all SMS. There’s no way to distinguish between the two types of consent inside workflows.
I need a way to separate these so contacts can still receive non-marketing texts while being excluded from marketing messages only. Right now, everything is treated the same, and I can’t split that logic.
