Right now, Smart lists are only manually available to workflows.
When a custom value is updated, or a webhook occurs, we are able to send an sms to a Smart List via workflow.
In other words, Smart Lists should be an object that a Workflow can access and affect.

Bulk messaging inside of workflows would be an incredible add! The inability to do this severely limits integration capabilities for automations that don’t revolve around just one contact.
