Select from your list of Workflows that you have to remove instead of just having to rely upon "Remove From Workflow" or "Remove From All Workflows".
In addition to adding parameters or exceptions like:
"Only from Batch#1 Workflows"
or
"Only from Workflow Folder Blank"
etc..
