Search filters in workflows by elements

add an ability to look for specific workflows based on events (i.e. tag added, SMS) with specific filters for events (i.e. specific tag, contains phrase). This will help with troubleshooting when, for example, a tag is being added when it shouldn't be. If you could look for which automation have a tag added event and then also for which ones are adding the specific tag, it would help to drastically expedite troubleshooting. A similar filter is available in triggers.

Improve Workflows Search - Search by Triggers & Actions

Once you have a lot of workflows and automations, it can be difficult to find and navigate all your assets. It would be helpful if we could search through all our workflows based on what triggers are used and what actions are used in the workflows. "Find all workflows that use the 'Send Email' action" for example.
To take searching a step further, it would be even better if we could search for names of actions, names of triggers, and filtering used inside workflows, when we're outside of the workflows and searching through our assets. "Find the workflow that has the trigger 'Create/Update Opportunity' with the filter 'in X pipeline'" for example.

Search Workflows by Triggers, Actions, and Webhook URLs

Current search capabilities within GHL are limited to workflow titles, presenting a challenge in sub-accounts that have a multitude of workflows with generic titles. A more robust search functionality that includes triggers, actions, and specific webhook URLs would substantially improve the user experience.
To illustrate, Zapier's search function allows users to search by all zaps using an app such as "Slack" or all zaps using a particular webhook URL, subsequently presenting a comprehensive list of all zaps using Slack or the exact zap connected to that webhook. This feature is crucial for effective workflow management, offering a clear overview and swift navigation, especially when pinpointing and rectifying specific workflows.
Consider a scenario where I manage multiple workflows that utilize the same webhook. As workflows evolve and expand with additional actions, their names often remain unchanged, making it difficult to track their functions accurately. If a situation arises where I need to modify all workflows associated with a particular webhook, the current system requires me to manually open each workflow, navigate to the webhook action, and verify the URL.
This process is not only time-consuming but also prone to human error, leading to the possibility of overlooking some workflows connected to the webhook in question. The ability to enter the webhook URL into a search field and receive a list of all workflows using it would streamline this process, ensuring that no workflow is missed and all necessary updates are applied efficiently.

I would love a searchability function that would find workflows with any instance of a workflow action. For example, "find workflows using 'assign to user' so I can quickly locate and edit all automations where a user is assigned to a contact.

Search for a specific action or trigger among all workflows

While auditing a subaccount's automations, some are building workflows that end up reversing an action that another workflow was created to have. It would be nice to have the option to search for a specific action or trigger under automations that will show any active/inactive workflows that currently have those actions or triggers.

Yes, this is definitely needed for troubleshooting and workflow audit.
Before, when there were only Triggers and Campaigns, you could use filters to identify which trigger/campaign is using that specific element you're searching for.
