Kindly incorporate an option to set an alternative ringtone sound within the LC app for incoming messages or calls. Users currently face limitations in changing these settings through the iPhone's sound preferences, so the feature should be integrated directly into the app.

We can't change them through the iPhone's sound preferences. it should be in the app.
