This is an idea to improve the existing Voicemail action in Automation, which we use to send ringless VM drops. It would be great to use a different MP3 file for each contact. Such as the value in a custom field that contains the URL to the MP3 for that specific contact. This would allow us to use something like a 3rd party AI service to generate a recording with the contact's first name, and then use GHL automation to send the personalized VM drops to contacts, mentioning the contact's name and/or other information.
