Permissions for users so that they cannot reassign lead owner or opportunity owner is GREATLY NEEDED! There has to be a fix to this...I still cannot believe after all this time, there isn't! Many companies need the ability to collaborate with leads, but that doesn't mean they want their lead stolen from them. There has to be a way for users to view all contacts and opportunities, but NOT BE ABLE to re-assign the lead owner or opportunity owner.
