The way we "detect" interaction with leads is clunky. We have a trigger to detect a customer response but no trigger to do the opposite, detect when we send a response back.
We have sales reps who get leads in round robin every 10 minutes until someone responds to an inbound message.
They have to untag these leads manually to "tell" the system they responded and sometimes they forget.
We need a way for an automation to know a response was made to an inbound Facebook message or a chat message for instance.
A trigger that can move that contact to an opportunity status, remove them from the untouched new leads category etc.
All this should be easy to make happen because you detect everything in GHL anyways, just make this detect a trigger option.

Additionally, I'd love to have one of the custom values be the message that was sent out.
Along with the option to set the trigger to "manual message sent" or "Automated/workflow Message Sent".
This would significantly simplify most of my workflows and automate may more tasks.

Currently there is a trigger for customer replied. I use this for creating a note of the replied text . it would also be nice to have a trigger for the sent text so that could be saved as a note.
