Out of Office Responder

It would be great if you could toggle on an out of office responder - so when people called or messaged during the holidays they had an auto response that overrode all other triggers.

This should be a basic feature that you can set for any incoming messages - not something we have to build into an automation - but for anything coming into Conversations or Opportunities. In every other ticketing or CRM platform, you can set an "out of office" autoresponder email so clients aren't left wondering if their ticket was received and when they'll hear back from us. Can you please provide feeedback on the status of this feature? Is it in development?

I cannot believe this isn't an option with this CRM - this is a basic feature that's been around for years, so why the delay GO HIGH LEVEL??????????????????????

I second this. I just had a client complain to me about not being able to set an out-of-office for their account. It would be nice if this was also offered at the profile level so individual staff members can set and OOF message and redirect emails/messages/etc to other staff members.
