These triggers specifically identify human-initiated communication through the HighLevel interface (NOT automated sends via workflows/API/bulk actions).

Automatically pause or remove contacts from nurture sequences the instant a team member takes personal ownership of the conversation.
Example Flow:
Team Member Manually Sends SMS → Trigger Activates → Contact Removed from Automated Sequences
