It is very hard to sort through all of the calls that don't leave a voiemail from ones that do when they are sent to the Record Voicemail (IVR). You cant even filter the calls in this manner as a Record Voicemail (IVR) is not counted as a voicemail. This is very limiting.

I would like to create an opportunity when someone leaves a voicemail when they are sent to Record Voicemail (IVR) in our call chain.
