Mark/unmark conversation as Starred in workflows

Feature Enhancement:
The workflows already have an "edit conversation" but the only choices are "mark as read/unread".
It needs to add the new "mark as starred/unstarred" for the new inbox filter.
The problem:
Mass emails clutter up the inbox and active conversations get lost.
Solution:
Be able to mark/unmark conversations as "starred" in workflows.
Example:
Workflow 1 triggers off a customer replying in Fb messenger...it marks that conversation as "starred"
That way its easy for the GHL user to go to their conversations tab and filter by starred to find the person who replied without seeing all the email clutter.
Additionally, if customer HAS NOT replied in 14 days, (stale opportunity) mark conversation as "unstarred" so that it gets removed from the star inbox filter.
This would remove the email clutter problem which highlevel has had for at least 2 years.
The inbox is a great idea in theory, but daily marketing emails to our list means that we still have to go to the native FB business page inbox to actually find the conversations because the marketing emails cascade and mix up all conversations.

This ability to Star/Unstar a Conversation via Automation is badly needed.

Definitely! I mean really... What's the use of STARRED if we cannot do anything with them?
