Create a "If / Else Condition" for manual call outcomes.
For example, if I had a manual call in a workflow, I then call and the lead didn't answer, and I then call another lead and they did answer, I would like them to be treated differently.
I should have the ability to change workflow outcomes based on the manual call.

If/else conditional triggers would allow a catch all.For example, currently, I can send out an automated SMS blast, and listen for triggers like...if customer responds with "yes", then do A. If they respond with "no", do B. If they respond with "maybe", do C.But I have to guess all possible responses. If/else would be a catchall.So, if customer responds with "yes", do A, otherwise if they respond with anything else, do B.This could even be taken a step further with if/if+/else...If customer responds with X, do AIf customer responds with Y, do BIf customer responds with anything beyond X or Y, default to doing C---This could translate across all triggers, and not just the "replies" listener. Hope this makes sense.

Hello excuse me, I also have the same question, I'm trying to create a workflow that can detect the status of calls made from Manual Actions but I only find the “Call Details” trigger, are there no updates yet to implement a feature like this?

Yes I am also noticing all of our workflows get blocked at the manual call step so we can't do followup and manual calls in the same workflow. There is no way to skip to the next step if the manual call has not been done in time

When I mark a manual call as 'no answer,' the manual action disappears as completed. Is there a way to keep it in the manual actions list until the call is marked as 'completed' !?

I would like to see an IF, AND, OR conditional workflow for triggers.
Use Case Example:
IF (client responds to a campaign AND books an appointment within 48 hours)
Stop nurture sequences
Start reminder campaign
ELSE IF (client responds to a campaign AND is in disqualified stage)
Stop nurture sequence
Move to disqualified campaign
ELSE (client responds to a campaign AND does not book an appoint BUT is qualified)
Start qualified nurture sequence
Essentially, I would like to have more control/opportunity with the conditional workflow of these campaigns.
That was one of the HUGE benefits of having Active Campaign was to leverage an IF/ELSE IF/ ELSE conditional mapping for campaigns.
Also, it helped that it was visual so it ultimately turned into a process map for the conditional flow of campaigns.

One step in this direction is to allow choosing MULTIPLE items for every filter, especially tagsRight now it is insane to have to create separate triggers for each tag, when similar tags should be treated as a group of either/or
