Manual Call "If/Else Condition" Outcome

Create a "If / Else Condition" for manual call outcomes.
For example, if I had a manual call in a workflow, I then call and the lead didn't answer, and I then call another lead and they did answer, I would like them to be treated differently.
I should have the ability to change workflow outcomes based on the manual call.

Yes I am also noticing all of our workflows get blocked at the manual call step so we can't do followup and manual calls in the same workflow. There is no way to skip to the next step if the manual call has not been done in time

When I mark a manual call as 'no answer,' the manual action disappears as completed. Is there a way to keep it in the manual actions list until the call is marked as 'completed' !?
