Hey everyone! So this Idea came to me because I push massive volume with direct marketing campaigns on Highlevel. Basically, this would give specific campaigns or actions (maybe doable via a trigger..) priority to be called in your manual actions queue (or move it to the top of the manual actions queue, because my caller consistently has 700 contacts waiting to be called). My applicable situation would be if someone calls back my caller from the direct-calling outbound campaign, then the person who called back would immediately be moved to the top of the manual actions queue so that this person could be called back as soon as possible from my caller. This would eliminate the need for a separate inbound caller to answer calls by simply streamlining the process for my outbound caller. This would give you the ability to call back those missed calls with maximum efficiency. Blow this up if your business utilizes direct marketing campaigns on Highlevel!!
