In our postcard marketing campaigns, we have a phone number where prospects will call in and leave a voicemail.
The majority of the time, people are calling in to ask ask to be taken off our list. I want to be able to sift through these responses with the AI Intent detection action automatically -- so that the sales people are fielding only the quality voicemail responses.
Currently we can't use the call's recorded transcript as the custom-variable body of text to detect intent from.
