Something that is basic but very important is to know when a message was sent to the customer through the WhatsApp channel and preferably that we can read the content of the message to be able to map and execute subsequent actions.

This trigger is absolutely essential for any agency managing customer support or lead handling via WhatsApp through GoHighLevel.
Right now, there is no way to detect when a team member sends a WhatsApp message, which makes it impossible to implement basic workflows like SLA enforcement, quality control, or proper follow-ups.
Having a trigger or condition when an outbound message is sent —even something as simple as a tag or status— would solve a major limitation for hundreds of agencies.
Please prioritize this feature. It would unlock a wide range of important automation use cases.
