If/else filter for contact reply type

I want to be able to filter if the contact responded via email or SMS so I can send the according automation based on how they responded.

Hey Andy, you can do that now. If you make 2 triggers for the workflow. 1 contact replied SMS & 1 contact replied email you can do if/else based on workflow trigger.

Colleen McCartney: Yes but I would want to do it in the mid workflow section not as a trigger

Andy Rong: yes, you can put the if/else anywhere in the workflow and segment whether it was sms or email (or social messaging for that matter). We have many workflows like this for mini series and have 1 workflow that handles email, sms, fb, ig so we dont have 4x workflows
