Proposed Feature:
Introduce an Action Stage within workflows that allows users to:
Automatically mark a task as completed, or
Delete a task
based on specific workflow triggers or conditions.
Example Use Case:
If a workflow removes a tag from a contact (e.g., indicating that a process step is finished), there should be an option to automatically:
Mark the related task as completed, or
Remove the task entirely
This ensures consistency and reduces the need for manual updates.
