there is no hyperlink feature on SMS and i think to remember there was one. However. adding a link to SMS needs to look professional and not just a long link with numbers and letters. ye sit can be shortened but if you send a series of i.e.: audio recordings then it's not that convenient anymore. Please add this like it is available in emails.
