How does this not exist yet?
I’m taking calls every day that literally contain revenue…
And all of that information just disappears unless I manually write it down.
But the real problem isn’t just transcription.
It’s the fact that the data inside the call isn’t being segmented and made usable.
Every call has:
• name + contact info
• Medicare start date
• current plan
• pain points
• objections
• budget sensitivity
• decision timeline
• next steps
And NONE of that is automatically captured or organized.
So I’m stuck:
• trying to remember details
• typing notes manually
• or losing key information completely
Which leads to:
• slower follow-ups
• missed opportunities
• worse conversions
• lost revenue
This should be simple:
Call → Transcript → Segmented data fields → Auto-updated in CRM
But even more importantly…
That data should be usable immediately in follow-ups.
Imagine:
• sending an email that references their exact concern
• texting them based on their timeline
• following up with context already built in
Not generic messages…
personalized, data-driven follow-ups pulled directly from the call
Instead we have:
Call → Transcript → “figure it out yourself”
That’s not a system.
That’s a bottleneck.
This isn’t a “nice to have”
It’s a massive gap — and it’s costing real revenue every day.
