Feature Request: Critical Need for Call Outcome Visibility & Voicemail Alerts
We are currently facing a major limitation in HighLevel’s call tracking and automation.
There is no clear way to differentiate between:
Voicemails left by callers
Missed calls without voicemail
Calls where the caller connects but does not press any IVR option
This lack of visibility directly impacts our ability to respond to leads effectively and build accurate automations. From a business perspective, these are completely different scenarios and should be treated separately.
Additionally, email alerts for all voicemails are essential.
Missing a voicemail means potentially losing a lead or customer, and relying solely on manual checks is not scalable.

Conversion optimization
Accurate reporting
Automation reliability
We strongly urge prioritizing this enhancement.
