Currently, workflow-level Sticky Notes can only be created and edited by Account Admins. Non-admin users can work on automations and add notes to individual workflow actions, but they cannot create or edit workflow-level Sticky Notes.
This creates a limitation for teams, because users who build or manage workflows often need to document the overall workflow logic for other team members. Sticky Notes are not a critical admin-only feature, but rather a collaboration and documentation tool.
Please add a granular permission setting that allows non-admin users to create and edit workflow-level Sticky Notes without requiring full Account Admin access.
This would improve team collaboration, workflow documentation, and reduce the need to give users unnecessary admin permissions.
